BAYNARDS FLY-IN AND BARBECUE

SATURDAY 6th SEPTEMBER

Alan and Heather Bristow very kindly invited Squadron members to a Fly-In and barbecue at their lovely 1000 metre strip at Baynards Park which is situated about four miles east of Dunsfold aerodrome.

For once the weather behaved and Squadron aircraft arrived at their briefed five minute slot times. Tight RN circuits were in order, to avoid the Gatwick CTR which was just one mile to the east.

Aircrew were royally received by Alan Bristow and conveyed in his electric golf buggy to the hangar and barbecue.
